Since 1998, Jagdverband 44 has participated in various flight simulations dealing with World War II. This virtual squadron cut its teeth on Microsoft's Fighter Ace, Jane's World War II Fighters© by Electronic Arts, Micropose's European Air War© and UBIsoft's IL2-Sturmovik©.
Initially, the primary ride for JV44 pilots was the deadly me262 & FW190 D9. While the group was formed to emulate the historic JV44, we encourage our pilots to just have fun!
